“It’s a perfect win, win, win, win. Situation.” Says Government Efficiency Expert (GEE) and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Managing Director (MD) Ronald Bovino. Bovino is reportedly no relation to the infamous ICE leader Gregory Bovino. Gregory was in charge when ICE agents were shooting protestors in Minneapolis. This is according to some guy we asked who was standing at the back of the room during the press conference.
Bovino stated that at DOGE, “We are always seeking out the perfect public/private partnerships.” Public and private partnerships are often infrastructure-related. Issues such as sewage and electrical lines, fire and police protection, building new roads with special rights of way, and huge tax breaks to the private partner. The public picks up the tab.
Bovino went on with this exciting announcement. “Today, we’d like to unveil a great new adventure with that same kind of partnership in mind. We are currently in the midst of two major issues here in this country. First, we have seen an increasing need for space to house our growing number of illegal guests here in the U.S. At the same time, with the growth of AI infrastructure exploding, we’d like to resolve these two issues, literally under the same roof.”
Bovino not related to Bovino or Bovino.
Mr. Bovino then introduced the Assistant Managing Director (AssManDir.). Malinda Bovino laid out the specifics of the plan. Ms. Bovino is reportedly no relation to Gregory or Ronald. Ms. Bovino then explained that several companies will need large buildings for AI Data Centers. Illegal guests need housing. There is an opportunity to house the guests at the data centers. The guests could provide a source of low-cost labor in several ways, ranging from security to working in the company kitchen.

Ms. Bovino continued saying that the AI companies could also provide on-site training in maintaining the computer systems. Further training and job skills opportunities exist in the areas of peripheral equipment, such as water and air. It was also noted that in doing this and training these folks at the American data centers, we would be bringing jobs back to America.
And so there or here you have it, public citizen. Public and private partnership, in a way this reporter cannot recall ever being laid out in such an interesting, intriguing, odd way.
One final note. What does the DOGE managing director manage? Wasn’t DOGE officially disbanded?
